Ticket Mailing
- Ticket mailing will begin on Aug.18 and end on Sept. 19. After Sept. 19, members will have to pick up tickets at the office or at will call.
Important Information Update
- All services will be held at the Church this year.
- Special needs entrance is off the parking lot on the lower level; follow signs to the elevator. The front entrance also has a ramp.
- The Oneg and break-the-fast will be in the Great Hall; follow the signs.
- The children's services will be in the Vestry downstairs; follow the signs.
- Childcare will be in the choir room; follow the signs from the Vestry.
- Backpacks or large bags will not be permitted in the sanctuary.
- Bring your own prayer books to all High Holy Day services if at all possible. A limited number of "loaner" books will be available.
General Information
We will again hold Rosh Hashanah, Erev Yom Kippur, and Yom Kippur morning services at the Metropolitan Memorial United Methodist Church (MMUMC) which is located at 3401 Nebraska Avenue, NW (corner of Nebraska Avenue and New Mexico Avenue across from American University). This year, all services will be held at the church, including the afternoon services and break-the-fast on Yom Kippur. The complete schedule is listed below. For security reasons, large bags and back packs will not be allowed into High Holy day services.
An online ticket request form (for members only) is available again this year - PLEASE LOG IN FIRST. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ON THE HOME PAGE. We need your response as soon as possible but no later than Aug. 15 for tickets, Yiskor listings, childcare registration, and volunteer positions. Members will be able to securely pay online this year for extra tickets, prayerbooks, Yiskor donations, other donations, and childcare.
Please remember that at least 1/3 of your pledged dues must be received by August 15 before we can process your request for tickets. If you have questions regarding your pledge, payment, financial statement, or other financial matters, please contact our treasurer or our administrator.

A limited number of additional tickets are available to non-members on a first come, first served basis, at the fees shown below. Payment for tickets may be applied to the cost of membership. All tickets must be paid for in advance. Please contact the Temple Micah office (202-342-9175). Fees are as follows:

Adults: $200 for either Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur; $400 for both

Students (age 12-22): $75 for either Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur; $125 for both.
